System for managing donors, volunteers, potential donors and volunteers, staff, advisers and board members. Also produces work schedules, newsletters, mailings, reports and graphs and an interactive website where volunteers can sign up and donors donate.

- Projector - for use during events (projecting sponsors, donors, etc.) as well as for educational purposes
- Dry Erase board – appx 2′ x 3′ or similar for trainings, meetings, etc.
- Flip Chart pads – ideally we’d like three of these for training purposes
- Graphic Designer(s) assistance - occasional assistance with creating resource material, posters, etc.
- Social Media volunteer – help maintain our website; post on Facebook regularly
